DAY 1: DELHI – TASHKENT – SAMARKAND (L/D)
11.20 Arrive in Tashkent International Airport. Your local English speaking tour guide will meet and greet you at airport with the placard name of “Client Name”.
12.00 Transfer to domestic airport of Tashkent for afternoon flight to Samarkand at 13.30.
14.55 Arrive in Samarkand. Transfer to hotel for check in. Non-alcoholic welcome drink is provided upon arrival. Free time for rest and relax at your own leisure and activities.
16.00 Start your sightseeing tour in legendary city of Samarkand became so famous because of Amir Timur or Tamerlane. You will visit The Boulevard and Lions Street, The magnificent Registan Square (15th -17th cent), with its world famous three splendid madrassah of Ulughbek, Sherdor and Tillya-Kari – the noblest square in Central Asia, Guri Emir Mausoleum – the graveyard of Great Amir Temur and his descendants, the remains of Bibi Khanum Mosque named after one of Timur’s beloved wives. In the afternoon you will have free time for shopping at Siyab local bazaar, a colorful main farmer’s market where you can get acquainted with the life of Samarkand people walking along the trade domes.

DAY 2: SAMARKAND (B/L/D)
7.00-9.00 Buffet breakfast at hotel restaurant.
9.30 Start your sightseeing tour in legendary city of Samarkand became so famous because of Amir Timur or Tamerlane. Your second day in Samarkand will start from vising the Complex of Imam al-Bukhari. Imam al-Bukhari was the great theologian of the East. He collected and recorded about 600 thousand hadith, the legends based on cases of life or some sayings of the Prophet. Out of them, al-Bukhari selected as “flawless” about 7400 hadith to include into the famous “As-Sahih” which became the second most important book after the Koran for the majority of Sunni. Later you will also visit the tomb of Khodja Daniyar (St. Daniel), one of the most admired and most controversial relics of Samarkand. This saint is equally revered in Islam, Christianity and Judaism, but his ashes got to Samarkand land, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis – the ensemble of the mausoleums erected around the grave of Khusam Ibn-Abbas, a cousin of Muhammad prophet, the mosque of Khazrat Khizr, Rukhabad Mausoleum (The house of spirit) and Khodja Akhror tomb and mosque.

DAY 3: SAMARKAND – TASHKENT (B/L/D)
5.30 Transfer to railway station for high-speed train “Afrosiyob” (economy class) back to Tashkent at 6.37 am.
8.47 Arrive in Tashkent. Immediate transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
9.00 Start Ziyarah tour in Tashkent – the capital of Uzbekistan, the age of which is more than 2200 years. First you will explore the Old Part or Old City of Tashkent with Khast-Imam Complex where the world famous Quran of Caliph Othman of 7th century has been preserved. This wonderful complex consists of Barak-Khan Madrasah, the largest in the city Tilya-Sheykh Friday Mosque, Mausoleum of Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari. You will also visit Abulkaseem madrassah and mausoleum, the center of traditional arts of Tashkent. In the second part of the day you will visit village of Zangiata, there is a famous mausoleum Zangiata, where Muslim Sheikh Ay-Khodja and his wife were buried. Zangiata means “dark father”. He got this nickname because of dark skin of his color. They were followers of the great leader of all Turkic tribes in Central Asia, the Sufi Ahmed Yasawi. The Mausoleum was built when Temur was in power. There are other historical buildings near the mausoleum – a spacious garden, a complex of monumental buildings 14-19th centuries, Madrasah (18-19th cent.), Mosque (1870) with a minaret (1914-1915) and an ancient cemetery. Finally you will visit Sheikhantaur complex – is the most ancient buildings, remained in the capital till nowadays. Right here was buried the great Sufi (follower of a mystic stream of “Sufism” in Islam) deeply esteemed Muslim, Sheikh at – Tahur (Sheikhantaur), and later many other noble men – the regents of Tashkent and their associates. But time and nature are frequently ruthless to the creations of a human – only three buildings out of many mausoleums, mosques, and headstones, which only a century back were making up Sheikhantaur complex, remained till nowadays.

DAY 4: TASHKENT – DELHI (B/L)
7.00-10.00 Buffet breakfast at hotel restaurant
12.00 Check out the hotel. Clear all the extra bills. In the afternoon the sightseeing tour starts in Tashkent – the capital of Uzbekistan, the age of which is more than 2200 years. You will visit Independence Square, Victory monument, Romanov Prince Duke Residence, Broadway Street With artist and local souvenirs, Amir Temur Central Square with museum and Grand Opera and Ballet Theater Square, Lal Bakhodur Shastri monument, Russian catholic church, Memorial of Repressions Victims, Tashkent TV Tower (outside only), Monument of Courage (1969) and the newly built Minor Mosque – the white mosque of the city. Post lunch the group will have free time for shopping at newly built Samarkand Darvaza Mall with branded shops and boutique lines, visit Old City of Tashkent and shopping at old oriental bazaar Chorsu for buying some traditional souvenirs and dried fruits. Finally the group will have a chance to ride on Tashkent Metro (Subway). Beautiful stations of the metro made from marble and decorated by different artists. The group will be dropped at one station, and then they will take some stations by the metro and picked up at another station.
19.00 Transfer the group to Tashkent international airport for final departure to Delhi.
